1. Goal, Audience, and Message
• Goal is to get volunteers into my
classroom in a professional way
• Audience is parents, guardians, and family
• Message is: When readers are finished
reading my information, I want them to
know that they are wanted and needed
their child’s classroom. All it takes to begin
is a simple background check.

3. Key Changes
In the next slide I got rid of the clipart,
added a background, and changed the
font to resemble a wanted poster to give
the feeling of being wanted.
4.
5. Key Changes
In the next slide I got rid of the plain
background and added a photo that
embodies the poster. I also used black,
white, grey, and added a pop of red to
catch the viewers attention.

7. Key Changes
In the next slide I got rid of the image and
replaced it with an image of a small little
girl that looks as if she is waiting for
something. I changed the font to a
decorative font that is bold and looks kid
friendly. I also changed the color to
complimentary and pulled pink from the
photo.

9. Key Changes
In the final design I got rid of the photo in
the background and changed it to an
image at the bottom of the poster that
made the viewer think they are needed
because the little boy looks stressed.
Then, I changed the direction of the title
and the weight of it to grab your attention
and look professional. The subtitles are
large and easier to read than the prior
design.
