OEE - Overall equipment effectiveness
OEE breaks the performance of a manufacturing unit into three separate
but measurable components:
 Availability
Availability = uptime/ available time
 Performance
Performance = (Parts Produced * Ideal Cycle Time) / Operating time
 Quality
Quality = (Units produced - defective units) / (Units produced)
