Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management. I have condensed and made the
QMS operator friendly for ISO 9001:2008 registration for three different companies. Take charge, hardworking
team player with great communication skills between suppliers, internal, and customers. Computer skills: All

EXPERIENCE
OILGEAR – FREMONT, NE 12 / 2014 –6/2016
Quality Manager: Manufacturer and assembly of high end hydraulic pumps.
Analyzed and decided to throw out the QMS and rewrite it to accommodate what the company
was actually doing and to achieve ISO 9001: 2008 registration, 2015 in mind.
Trained and guided new internal ISO 9001:2008 auditors.
Learned and trained personnel to companywide new MRP system.
Creating a new supplier grading and development program.
Evaluating current suppliers and finding new ones in the area to take on our manufacturing needs.
We need to consolidate and bring our supplier base closer to the new home base.
We recently closed our manufacturing in the home plant and moved it to the Fremont area.
To monitor the current nonconforming processing that averages 400 to 450 rejects per month.

AG JUNCTION – HIAWATHA, KS 4 / 2013 – 11/14
Quality Manager: Manufacturer GPS and agronomy equipment for Ground and Air agriculture.
Analyzed and restructured the QMS to achieve ISO 9001: 2008 registration.
Entire QMS was six 4” binders and condensed and ameliorate the QMS to three 1” binders
Trained and guided new internal ISO 9001:2008 auditors.
Develop and implemented nonconforming procedure and incoming, in process, and final
inspection procedures
Created a Supplier Development Manual and Audit program.
Visited and Audited current Suppliers to see that they have good Manufacturing processes and

Analyzed and restructured the QMS to achieve ISO 9001: 2008 registration.
Developed and implemented internal processes and procedures using six sigma principals.
Created inspection instructions for a variety of machined parts.
Created and maintained calibration procedures to meet ISO 9001 requirements
Handle day to day issues between Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Suppliers.
Verify dimensions on parts and fixtures to meet specifications with a variety of measuring
equipment.
HUSQVARNA – BEATRICE, NE 5 / 2004 - 12 / 2007
Supplier Quality Engineer: Manufactured the commercial brands of zero turn radius riding mowers
Developed and implemented a Supplier Development program, which was very successful.
Reduced PPM from over 20,000 to less than 500.
Visit and audit suppliers – their processes and procedures to match ISO 9001 requirements and
issue CAR’s where needed.
With buy out of Dixon, find and coordinated with Suppliers, who would meet our requirements
of dozens – 100’s of different steel fabricated parts to turn around and produce in 10 working
days. We had 30 days to move Dixon Mower Manufacturing into our facility.
Gave monthly reports in Power Point presentations to upper management on internal and
supplier Quality performances.
Part of product development teams on new products / projects utilizing MS Project.
Handle day to day issues between Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Suppliers.
Preformed print reviews before release to verify prints were specified to verification.

Audited machine shop work stations to ensure parts were being produced to print specifications.
Audited heat treat operations, both batch and induction to ensure print specifications were met.

Performed several different jobs at my time at Cushman, started as an assembler, worked my way
through the paint department, service parts, as a Warranty Coordinator, and Technical Writer.
3. Tri - Con – Lincoln, NE 1992 - 1994
Quality Technician Automotive seat stamping plant for Honda, Accord, and Chrysler
During one of the layoff periods with Cushman, I worked with Tri – Con, an automotive stamping plant.
Audited work stations to ensure parts were being produced to print specifications.
Audited welding operations to ensure print specifications were met and proper penetration was achieved.
Performed ISIR reports for customers.
Performed first and last piece inspections with CMM.

Repaired Generators, electrical / mechanical.
Was assigned with the 82nd Airborne Division.

Southeast Community College - Lincoln
Computer Electronics – 100 of 125 cr, did not complete degree due to work requirements.
Have completed courses / seminars in Process and Design FMEAs, Cadds 5, AutoCAD, Design for
Manufacturing, and ISO.
