2. These two questions are straight forward in how they suggest a particularly closed range of possible answers. Question
one shows that overall my music video was largely enjoyed by the complete majority- this suggests that the elements
that I wanted to focus on in making the video entertaining and enjoyable to the viewing audience like that of
conforming to the conventions of the genre and the narrative of the video itself were successfully portrayed. Question
two specifically questions the genre of the indie music and how well I portrayed it through the mise en scene and
actors throughout. Again the majority was 100% towards yes- showing that by having low key lighting and costumes
like that of denim jackets, smart casual for Marko and further the dresses and fur worn by Rhianne I portrayed the indie
genre successfully.
3. Question three: the results suggest a 100% satisfactory rating in the styles and shots and how the audiences thought they
complimented the tone and lyrics of the song very well- this was important as it was key for my 1b exam questions and also
allowed me to then see if I needed to adjust some of the shots and editing to make the video overall better. This was
unnecessary.
Question four: Again concerning the footage but instead the pace and transitions used throughout the editing of the video I
decided to ask this question to see, as in the previous question whether any significant changed were needed to be made to the
video in general. As the consumers reacted well there was no significant change needed however it would be important to go
through to make sure the video was at its best quality throughout its entirety- this was due to the limited number of responses I
obtained.
4. Question 5: the results front his
question suggests that my targeted
audience was reflected through the
attributes within the video. My
consumers showed how this was
significantly shown throughout and
that I created a successful and
entertaining product.
Question 7: question 7 was limited in its
response with only one written response
that was not significantly useful to my
work.
5. This question was key to the eventual evaluation and
feedback of my work. All of the given results were in
the top two factions of ‘liked it’ or ‘loved it’. Therefore
although it did allow me to see where I needed to
develop the video it did also show me where I had
succeeded in the entertainment segment of my
product. Furthermore, it further showed me the likes
and extreme likes of my targeted audience. From the
results I was able to see that the most liked aspects
were the variety of shots and the use of differing
transitions and editing- this then allowed me to
prioritise where I then developed my work.
