3. RESEARCH
I think I have done an acceptable amount of
research I should, however, have focused the
research more on the why instead of the how. I do
not want to know how the animations work I need to
know why it works as it does or why it flows so
fluently.
My strengths during my research would be my
understanding of what I'm looking for and how I can
analyse it.
My weakness' during my research would be that I
focus too much on giving examples instead of
explaining the meaning and usefulness of what I'm
researching.

4. PLANNING
I think I have planned in a great way to get my work
done without falling behind and there was a point I
was ahead of what I was doing. However, I got back
on track so that I am aware of any edits.
My strengths during planning would be that I can
mentally prepare myself on how I am going to execute
the topic. I also think I have done well in the writing of
what I have planned about in the documents.
My weakness would be that I did not put much
explanation or the planning down I just went with
what I had mentally prepared, I think if I was to
improve, I should write down my thought process as
I'm going on with it so that I can reference it any time
during the topic.

5. TIME
MANAGEMENT
With my time management, I am aware of the deadline that
has been set, I then focus on what I need to spend the
most time on is that the animation to make it seem fun. I
am also aware that I rush my work when I know there is a
deadline so that something to focus on trying not to rush
my work and make it look more professional.
My strengths of time management would be that I got
ahead of my original time stamps for each section I did this
got me extra time on the animation process so that I could
focus my skills there.
My weakness, however, would be that I spent much too
long focusing on how am I going to fit this part in I did not
focus much on the general time that I need to also focus on
in the documents.

6. TECHNICAL
QUALITIES
I think the technical qualities of my product is how I've
managed to animate and structure the product to
simple and entertaining. I also think that I've done
something different to other products.
My strengths in this product would be that I was able to
change what I was doing when I couldn’t go out and
film, I changed it to fit with animation.
My weakness in this product is my use of simple
technical skills instead of trying to expanding my
knowledge and trying out more difficult and challenging
techniques.

7. AESTHETIC
QUALITIES
My prodicts aesthetic qualities is that the style is
very simple yet funny and good to watch. I think
that having a gender nutral character adds to the
aesthetic as people critisie and complain
about the aspects they don’t like but as we are in
the modern days people have become more
accepting of people and their choices.
I also think using a good upbeat song helps the
audience watch the video without feeling bored as
just listening to the voices makes you feel a bit at
calm to a point you could fall asleep.
If I was to inprove any of the aesthetic qualities I
think I would inprove the actual imagery of the
video so it's something that people would find fun
to watch even if it's not something they would
normally watch

8. AUDIENCE
APPEAL
The audience appeal is for everyone who wants
to join to gain experience, which they would use
to find out what they are after. After joining, the
candidate can decide on the same or different
cadet organization or continue on a different path
altogether.
If I wanted to address a specific audience, I
would mainly address it to teenage groups from
13 to 19. During this age group, they make
important decisions about their future and who
they want to be. They need a structure that can
help them decide and think for themselves
without others' approval of their life choices.
