Eat mushrooms, yogurt, butter, milk , and egg
yolks.
Don’t forget fish of all different kinds.
Caviar, herrings, sardines, salmon, fish liver
oils, depends where one dines.

4. Vit D regulates our immune system and normal
growth for cells in fact.
It regulates blood levels of calcium and phosphorus
in the digestive tract.
Helps regulate the heart, nervous system, tissue
and thyroid glands
Stored by in the liver and converted by the kidneys,
it keeps up with what the body demands.

5. Vitamin D is an important micronutrient indeed
It accounts for many things that the body needs.
So now I’m going to soak up some D at the
beach.
