I had joined Avvas Infotech as Recruitment coordinator (A) and later been promoted to
Executive-HR (B). Avvas Infotech Pvt Ltd is a 7 year old company with the core business as staffing. We
provide staffing solutions to 40+ client’s across India. We have over all 1000 plus employees working
across India.
I have handled all the clients of Avvas Infotech namely IBM, VeriFone, Dell, HCL, Maruti, SAP Labs,
VMware, Intel, McAfee, Genpact, Lister technologies, First American, PWC, CSC etc..
A. Recruitment Coordinator(March-2012 to Dec-2012):
 Co-ordinate between management and employees.
 Realising Offer letter, Appointment Letters, confirmation letters & Appraisal letters
 Taking care of joining formalities of new employees.
 Providing Induction programs to new joiners.
 Solving problems on timesheet (Attendance) and maintenances of timesheets of the employees.
 Deal promptly and politely with queries raised preferably face to face but also by email, over the
telephone by employees, managers and client.
 Communicating with BGV vendor and gathering BGV report of employees.
 Handling grievance of the employees and develop relations.
 Co-ordinating with respective client Project Managers for employee related issues and solving them.
 Maintain time keeping, attendance, leave record of employees.

B. Sr.Executive-HR (Jan-2013 to till date): I am currently handling 1000 plus employees all over India
and I am also the key resource for the company as I pay a role of HR Operations and Strategic
planning.
Has been part of the core team of taking over of new company (Sql Star) and also have been part of
the team while selling some part of business to new company(eteam). Successfully handled both the
transactions.
 Recruitment: Handling recruitment activities for Avvas Infotech
1. Sourcing the profiles through different job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) ads in newspapers,
filed recruitment, employee referral and etc.
2. Scheduling interviews with the interview panel.
3. Taking HR interview.
4. Checking communication skills and job specification of the candidate.
5. Once been selected negotiating on salary as per the budget allotted.
6. Fixing joining date, Documents Verification and releasing the Offer Letter.
 Joining formalities: Form Filling and Induction
1. Hand over the forms to candidates and guiding him/her on filling the form.
2. Explaining the data available in the form and importance of data existing in it.
3. Once the form filling is done, I will give them the induction on company details, leave policy,
reporting process and salary date and other details.
 Budgeting: Preparing monthly budgets for Salary’s , Allowance , Employee Engagement and FNF.

I will be responsible to rise monthly budgets towards salaries , Allowances and Full and Final
settlements of the employees to the management.
 Payroll: Payroll is my key responsibility in Avvas Infotech. I will be performing payroll for
entire Avvas Infotech which includes of 1000 plus employees.
We use HRMS tool (bbspl) for employee database and salary process.
1. Attendance process: Attendance will be processed accordingly. Leaves will be calculated as
approved and applied.
2. Attendance adjustment: In case of admin changes in leave assigning and LOP changes, will be
done by attendance adjustment process.
3. Salary process: salary will be processed to the list of employees whose attendance is processed
successfully.
4. Tax Process: As per their CTC , tax will be processed for the particular moth which is calculated
accordingly to their investment declarations of the employee, handled al tax related quires.
5. Final check: After the entire process of salary, final report will be pullout from the toll and the
manual checks will be done on respective columns, account numbers, Pay days, PF, ESI, and
advances(if any). After all the checks it will be uploaded in the bank.
 Invoicing: I will be raising invoice to the clients. I will be raising invoices to VeriFone based on
the attendance and allowances of the employees. Payment follow-up will be done after invoice
approval.
 Employee delight activity: Employee delight actives are conducted to all the employees as per the
process of motivation and refreshment, conducted more than 10 activities in the span of 3 years.
 Exit process: Initial exit interview and employee retention interview will be taken, exit form will
be given and the process of filling will guided by me, after the exit the employee finalization
activity will be done by HRMS tool.
 Achievements:
