Job Accountabilities.
 After reporting to the station as manager, to assess the engineering worksand to prepare for L3 audit.
 To receive the QC, operational material and refuellers and their safe custody.
 To meet the Airport Director and other important contacts,Airline Representatives and DGCA if available at
the location.
 To get sanction of necessary impresst(Finance) and plan for AFEs posting dependent on Airport Operations.
 Co ordinate with HO in all respects to obtain the statutory approval.
 Review and Control Product Losses within the given targets.
 Ensure correct calibration of TLCU, Provers,weighbridge and Tank Trucks.
 Analyse transit / wagon losses per parcel and initiate correctivemeasures, timely recoveries and lodgement
of claims.
 Ensuring day end reconciliationbefore leaving the Terminal/ AFS.
Commissioning of AFS
 Obtain W&M certificatefor prover vessel and refueller meters and obtaining DGCA’s approval..
 To obtain other statutory approvals like operation of VSAT, telephone lines electrical connection, CCOE
pollution control, Shops and Establishment ACT Excise registration, etc.
 After L2 Audit to obtain Airport passes for posted staff and Refuellers. After obtaining RFSU to be ready for
Refueling operations.
 To receiveATF to top up the tanks and be ready with all documentations.
 To be ready for Airline inspections.
Operation and Service Levels
 To ensure daily QC and required inspections are carried out on static and mobile facilities and ensuring proper
PPE’sforAFS Staff.
 Educate new AFE’s on refueling drill and operations. ‘
 To maintain all Operating manuals, statutory approvals and other guide lines including filemanagement and
management instructions and QC bulletins.
 To ensure losses are under controlthrough MIS and regular monitoring.
 Customer complaints and delay in refueling to be kept minimum & to be brought to the notice of Head office
immediately.
 To ensure invoicing is done timely withoutany errors and its timely submission.
 Coordinate with Terminal Operator and ensure services as per Agreement with Terminal Operator.
 Ensure no customer complaints of density variation and water, sludge/sediments by periodic tank draining.
 Monitor difference in product weight as per invoiceand weighbridge in identifying TTs with incorrect
calibration and ensure recalibration.

4.  Ensure timely dispatch of product tocustomers by controlof TTcycletime within the terminal.
Cost Control
 Controlling of expenditure under utility,maintenance and consumables.
 Ensuring timely statutory payments.
 Study the operations of AFSs forcost effectiveness.
 Coordinate with PortAuthorities and facilitateto avoid delays in berthing of our vessels
 Maximize tank turn over and minimizing usage of temporary tanks
 Overtime and shift charges to be paid only on need basis, terminal operator to be debited for lapses as per
provisions in the agreement
 Ensure nil demurrage on accountof Terminal while unloading vessels.
Statutory and Internal Audits.
 All Internal and external Audits to be complied with in the stipulated time.
 Information of Airlines Audit to be brought to the noticeof HO
 Daily reconciliationof Locks/ Keys & seals
 TT calibration and pressure testing and issuance of TREM card in terminal
 Ensure compliance to all operation, maintenance, Quality and HSSE Mgmt System processes by periodic audits
with no NCs.
 Coordinate with Logistic Co-coordinatorand TT Officerforavailability of trucks, spot/additional requirements
and status of loaded trucks etc.
 Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements by timely renewal of all licenses.
Training, Development & Best practice.
 Co ordinate with HO fornomination of staff for training.
 Identify the training needs of staff for their forward path.
