CURRENT PROFILE
Presently working as HSE Coordinator in ZADCO (UZ 750 Off-shore) Abu Dhabi for
ZADCO Logistics & NDC Drilling Supports from 19.03.2014 onwards.
 Advising, guiding and facilitating the Project/Line Management, Supervisors and
Workforce on all matters pertaining to Health, Safety and Environmental
protection.
 Monitoring HSE standards in the activities at sites and giving positive advice if
needed.
 Carrying out all HSE activities as stipulated in the project HSE Plan and relevant
action points as given in the Corporate HSE Plan.
 Organizing in-house training (Site HSE Induction, Refresher Training etc.) and
mandatory training to employees and keeping the recordsofthe same.
 Rendering required assistance to Line Management in the investigation of
incidents/accidents and disseminating learning points.
 Planning and organizing HSE Audits, inspections and HSE Meetings in
consultation with the Line Management.
 Carrying out periodic inspection of vehicles, plant, equipment’s, tools, worksites,
PPE etc. for HSE adequacy as scheduled in the HSE plan and forwarding report
to all concerned for corrective actions if any.
 Compiling and maintaining HSE statistics pertaining to his area and rendering
report to the HSE System Manager as per periodicity prescribed.
 Inspecting camps in the area and forwarding report to the Project/Line Manager
and HSE System Manager and also following up for corrective action if any.
 Interacting constantly with the HSE System Unit and staying informed of new or
current development in HSE protection.
 Conducting Daily TBT (Specific for off-shore) before kick off the daily task,
disseminating the learning, HSE alerts etc. during the TBT and sharing the
controls to avoid the same in our jobs.
 Preparing JSA as per task to be performed such as : - ( Lifting, offloading /on
loading operations , R.O R.O operations , fuel bunkering, chemical transfer
from vessel to super sucker, operation of super sucker in Drilling area etc.),
handing over to operation team, furthermore, verifying whether the HSE
requirements / controls are in place while job is being performed at site.
