Integrated Procedure Trainers.
 Conduct regulatory required morning readiness inspections on all devices prior to customer training.
 Troubleshoot and maintain aircraft avionics from companies such as Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, and Universal.
 Troubleshoot and maintain aircraft components including Gulfstream, Cessna, Bombardier, Dassault, Beechcraft,
Sikorsky and Agusta Westland.
 Conduct monthly scheduled regulatory tests to ensure proper simulator tolerances.
 Troubleshoot automation of motion and control loading systems including electro-mechanics, valves, servos and

 Identify and correct simple or complex simulator problems through the use of system schematics, diagnostics,

damaged components.
 Qualified tire and wheel technician to include full qualification on the following nitrogen servicing equipment: 3000
PSI portable nitrogen servicing bottle, NAN-4 servicing cart, and NAN- JR servicing cart to service and change
tire/wheel assemblies on the SH-60B.
 Maintain repair logs, documenting all preventive and corrective aircraft maintenance.
 Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are ready for operation.

for airworthy operation.
 Personally completed over 190 special inspections, which led to over 1,400 mishap free flight hours of 2 helicopters.

need for repairs.
 Examined and inspected hydraulic systems and other components for serviceability.
 Recommend replacement, repair, or modification of aircraft equipment.
