1. Project : Electrical Power supply for Joint Operations facilities, Joint Operations.
Client : Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) & Saudi Arabian Chevron Joint operations Co (JO)
Position : Safety Officer.
Period : From 2008 to 2010.
2. Project : Electrical & Instrument Maintenance Services, Joint Operations.
Client : Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) & Saudi Arabian Chevron Joint operations Co (JO)
Position : Project Coordinator.
Period : From 2010 to 2014.
Responsibilities:
Following with HR dept regarding all the manpower hiring & residencies issues to provide the
required manpower to the client as per the contract.
All the administration jobs at site.
Supervising the manpower attendance and gate passes renewal.
Generating the manpower time sheet and Over time sheet on monthly basis.
Preparing the monthly JO time sheet and Over time sheet as per the client approvals and
service requests.
2. Arrange all the logistics and transportation requirement, Vehicles buses and heavy trucks.
Attending the weekly coordination meeting to provide the status of the project efficiency to
the management.
Generating the Materials purchase requisitions as per the client and site requirement.
Taking care about the manpower accommodation camp, Petty cash payments and
reimbursements.
Project actual cost & actual revenue reports, following the outstanding invoices and
payments with the client.
Following the status of the subcontractor's monthly reports & Payments.
Generating the client invoices due to the manpower, Material, services supplied. And
following the status of the approvals.

Responsibilities:
Administer any accidents/Incidents, near-misses that may occur inside the project site.
Enforce the use of PPE, Such as coverall, helmets, safety shoes, safety glass and safety
gloves required by the corresponding jobs.
Instruct and train all field engineers / supervisors in attending HSE meeting to discuss HSE
issues.
Conduct the daily tool box meeting at site to discuss hazards & risks specific to their
activities planned for the day.
Provide first Aid care service to all employees working at site.
Implement program for proper HSE training applied for their respective assignments & task.
Retained and control a copy of all related HSE documents for review, reference and
improvements.
Technical advisor to the project manager / site engineers in the HSE planning.
Conduct HSE induction to the new comer employees.
Monitor the daily work activities at site in compliance with the mandatory HSE laws &
standards.
Conduct daily/weekly inspection at site, document & report to the responsible
Engineer/Supervisor for immediate corrective and preventive action.
Prepare the emergency evacuation plan and drill.
