Solution) by attaching the same to either Dealer Owned Tank Truck or Transporter Tank Truck through
OLA (Optimized Logistic Assistant)
• Studying and acquiring profound knowledge of petroleum products i.e. MS (Motor spirit), HSD (High
Speed diesel), SKO (Superior kerosene), ETHANOL, GASOHOL, LUBES, ATF (Aviation Turbine fuel) and
MTO (Mineral Turpentine oil) with all specifications like density, flashpoint, etc.
• Daily monitoring Loss/Gain of all available Petroleum products/ additives
• Performing Blending Ethanol with MS at (10:90) in JDE and releasing product Gasohol to Outlets.
• Proper Coordination with Pipeline group for maintaining adequate inventory all time
• Co-ordinate with maintenance dept. to execute preventive maintenance schedule and for safety
permit for hazardous areas
• Maintaining all Quality records as per Industry Quality Control Manual
• Maintaining all Statutory Licenses and follow–up for timely renewals/returns
• Managing Shift Operator’s & Documentation executive for smooth operation & timely distribution of
products at Retail outlet

including using VHF for smooth operations of the plant.
• Ensure sampling of product for quality test are taken and sent for testing, ensure quantity and
quality of products- prevents contamination of products.
• Inspection of all equipment and work area formal-operations, vibration, hazards, wear and tear,
leaks, etc., and reports problems to immediate superiormaintenance. Act like first line
maintenance person and also the first line person for implementation of safety regulations.
