a high performer in their position. Has been constantly recognized and acknowledged as a leader by management, colleagues, or customers, and has
affected measurable and lasting improvements in organization performance regarding their position/area of expertise. The employee has fundamentally
improved the way we conduct our business. This level is reserved for top talent and should be used very conservatively.
8 or 9 - Outstanding Performance consistently surpassed the required expectations. Performance is seen as a role model for others, and the employee consistently strives for
continuous improvement. The employee has shown initiative and dedication to go above expected job requirements. The employee demonstrates
expertise in role, and may often be called upon to train and assist others.
5 to 7 – Fully Meets
Expectations

performance. **A level of “Fully Meets” is the benchmark on which employees should be rated when they are fully functional in their role, and
are an integral member of the team.**
3 or 4 – Needs
Improvement

employees new in current position, and learning the role. Developmental opportunities exist within some of the job functions, employee needs to be
trained, coached, developed or encouraged to achieve a higher level. Multiple review cycles with an overall rating at this level may result in a need to
find a different position better suited to employee’s strengths.
1 or 2 - Unacceptable Performance was consistently below expectations. The employee did not satisfactorily accomplish most of the agreed upon objectives, or did not
perform the essential functions of the job.

Manager Comments:
Captain Clint is relatively new to our workforce here in Escravos but has done a very good job since arriving. Clint's technical skills are good and he conducts himself in a
proffessional manner. I belive that Clint has met all of Hercules's criteria this year and exceeded them in many areas. He gets along well with the crew and workforce. People that visit
the Rudderfish always comment on the boat being well run and orderly. The area we all all improve upon is safety. Hercules and Chevron both believe that zero is attainable. Hercules
gives us many tools to achieve our safety goals with the HERO program. When making use of JSA, JHA, Permit to Work and BBS cards we can create an environment in our
workplace that is condusive to zero incidents. Clint is a leader in safety on his vessel and I would encourage him to continue to create an environemnt that is condusive in making the
Rudderfish incident free.

Clint's technical skills are good and he conducts himself in a proffessional manner. I belive that Clint has met all of Hercules's criteria this year and exceeded them in many areas. He gets along well with the crew and workforce. People that visit the Rudderfish always comment on the boat being well run and orderly. The area we all all improve upon is safety. Hercules and Chevron both believe that zero is attainable. Hercules gives us many tools to achieve our safety goals with the HERO program. When making use of JSA, JHA, Permit to Work and BBS cards we can create an environment in our workplace that is condusive to zero incidents. Clint is a leader in safety on his vessel and I would encourage him to continue to create an environemnt that is condusive in making the Rudderfish incident free.
