IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Limited (IOT) with equal equity participation of

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Receipt, Storage and Delivery of Aviation Turbine Fuel (JET A-1).
 Responsible for Quality Control Checks of JET A-1.
 Handling Control Room Operations, SCADA Monitoring.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Quality Assurance
 Approved as quality control signatory by (DGCA) to carry out Quality Control Checks
of JET A-1 fuel for the purpose of Quality control checks as per laid down standards
operating procedure.
 Monitoring adherence to quality systems & comply with quality standards and
maintaining requisite documents.
 Implementing quality systems procedures in the organization to reduce rejections &
ensure zero defect products.
 Improving the procedure as per requirement and recommendation of customers and
regulatory authorities.
 Corrective action plan preparation and implementation of same for non conformities
raised by customers and Regulatory Authorities.
 Having knowledge of 7 Q.C Tools,TPM,POka-yoke.
Maintenance
 Planning & scheduling of predictive, preventive & routine maintenance.
 Execution of maintenance activities related to: Pumps, Valves (SACV, NRV, PRV,
MOV, and Isolation Valves), Filters, Strainer, Tanks and pipeline.
 Root Cause analysis of the failure/defects/problems and corrective action planning and
implementation.
 Pressure Testing of pipeline, hoses, and valves.
 Assistance to project team during major repairs of Tanks and recommissioning of same.
Check and ensure that all inducted trucks meet the specifications prescribed as per
SOP
Undertake re-certification of all tank-trucks periodically.
Periodic checking / Calibration of all equipment Like TFM, Calibration Tower, Prover
tank, Small Containers etc. and get it stamped wherever applicable.
POD Analysis-Investigation of tampering / malpractices of truck driver / transporter,
high loss cases / contamination issues and prepare action plan of avoiding further
recurrence. Escalate to HO the issues of serious nature involving abnormal
occurrences / behavior by TT crew / malpractice / or suspected malpractice by TT crew
/ Transporter.
Monitor average TT cycle time inside the Terminal to minimize delays in sending
replenishment of product to customers.
Maintenance of truck movement / truck availability status / truck detention/ utilization
reports on daily basis.
Ensure availability of proper documents of TTs, drivers’ license, vehicle permits and
other documents (CCOE, Road worthiness etc.).
Data maintenance of “Off hire” and delays (avoidable or unavoidable).

4. Ensure compliance to deviation SOP given with respect to various issues.
Ensure issuance of photo identity passes to tank-truck crew in line with the security
SOP and they are renewed on time.
