Safety is everybody’s responsibility, but there is gentle way to feeding in memory that will reduce unsafe act. All personal must keep in attention and knowledge about
the situation and safe work requirement. All time PPE (personal protective equipment), proper GAS monitoring and permit required for all works, especially Hazards and
Dangers. Precaution & Protective Equipment keep to use and take Responsibilities.
2. PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM AND SCHEDULE
All personal must be trained and suitable for particular work activities. So we must have training method like Plant Safety Induction, Work at Height, Fire Watcher,
Confined Space Entry, Hole Watcher, H2S and Gas Awareness, Hot Work Permit, LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), PTW
(Permit to Work Course of Receiver, Issuer)
3. MAINTENANCE AND SHUTDOWN
Maintenance keeps in quality on work request or work order. A quality job must be given to more and extra life on equipment’s, steel sections and pipe work. IN
SHUTDOWN... Take survey and verify readiness before execution on all works. And all information must give detailed in scope of work summary. Pre-fab as much as
possible and arrange equipment, tools and job materials on nearest location. Make sure out-standing materials on time at site. Utilize man power to reduce workload.
3. DOCUMENTATION, DRAWINGS AND SURVEY
Check received Document, Drawing and carried survey for work, materials and dimensional requirements for maximum length. Co-ordinate and plan about work. Check
materials availability and order. After fabrication job arrange pressure test, inspection and blasting and painting. Then make completion certificate to submit. Keep
documents for insurance and future reference.
4. MATERIALS HANDLING AND STORE KEEPING
Materials must be in standard specification because it concerning safety and health risks. The entire item must have heat no material code and details of size on it.
Survey all the items in the store and tags on with lot number make stock card with location for quantity issued and received. Keep all material certificate and documents.

5. PIPING AND STEEL STRUCTURAL FABRICATION
All kind of Fabrication works like new structure and pipe work, Modifications and Remedial works on live line & new, liquid gas Pipeline and Hot work activities in live
plant Fabrication Erection and Extensions works many size of Structure on onshore and offshore. Oil well jackets, Tubular and Hollow Section Boat landing, Pipe work
& Supports are familiar
6. WELDING QUALITY AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE
All the welds keep as a quality weld. Clean the surface preheats if required and use baking, holding, working ovens to keep electrodes efficiency. Use procedure when
weld give to qualified welder. Achieve good welds better than loss of weld. Prepare good joints and use consumable correctly. Weld has to be inspected (RT, UT, DPI,
MPI) as required in the drawing
7. RIGGING, RIGGING TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS
Plan the Rigging movement. When heavy equipment, Structural steel works or Pipe works to move on Locate or position in any elevation arrange perfect signal
person. Use equipment’s certified and don't overload on it, inspect them before use, Stop unsafe act, after use store properly
8. SCAFFOLDING ERECTION, DISMANTLING AND INSPECTION
Surveying to erect scaffolding and arrange tubes, fittings & boards to build as per load and requirement. Inspect erected scaffolding with check list to approve. Then
put tags on. Follow the OSHA & BS regulations. Orderly dismantle start from top.
9. BLASTING AND INTERNAL / EXTERNAL COATING (SSPC / NACE)
The three elements needed for corrosion to occur, Anode, Cathode and Electrolyte. So Coating system placing a barrier between the electrolyte and anodic and cathodic
areas, before coating or painting surface preparation is required the most one is Grit Blasting used by garnet and check blasting profile. As per specification. Coating apply
micro thick layer and keep dry hours and next layer.
10. TESTING AND INSTALLATION
Pressure test will be on test pressure, and remove certified equipment from system like control valve, orifice plate, thermowell, flow meter, flow indicator & working
pressure gauge. Use Drawings, P & ID, and Equipment Instructions to complete installation. And Use punch list to complete system requirements.
11. HOT WORK AND SITE PREPARATIONS
Hot work at live plant is very care full activity. Make permit and prepare protective safety equipment on work location. Keep precautions, take care hazards and clean
around area, system and tools for hot works. Make sure system and pipe lines properly depressurized, drained, N2 Purged and required isolation taken. Habitat work
point to control Heat, Naked flames, arcs, Flying particles or sparks. Make Gas test to sure oil & gas free at work site.
12. CERTIFICATION AND CALIBRATION
All certification required equipment put it in list with due date for re-calibration. Show the expiry date sticker on equipment’s. Store equipment’s and calibration tools in
proper way to next use. Color coding and Re-certification of rigging tackles to check thoroughly. Never use rejected items and as soon as remove from work site. Each
items check properly every time before to use, it’s very important.
13. CONSUMABLE AND TOOLS
Provide better quality tools and consumables then will get more life and long period to use and safe to work. After use tool will clean and keep on place. Monitor all
the consumable usage and keep record how much issued and where used it.
14. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
All daily working Equipment must maintain constantly it’s in daily, weekly, monthly become overall check. All activity in running machinery keeps in record to repairs
& maintenance properly. Loose parts & consumption like Oil, Fan belt, Filter, Battery keep in stock. Try to shoot out before trouble and avoid break down it will reduce
repairs & maintenance cost. Before major repair or overhaul make sure all spare parts a tools ready and working condition.
15. CREW CHANGING AND UPDATING I.D CARD AND TRAINING COURSE
Make crew list with complete information like personal details, Leave due and expiry date of I.D Cards, B.A & HUET Course cards etc. And prepare one certificate holder
file for Welders, Riggers, Safflowers, Painting inspector, welding inspector, N.D.T Technician Certificate etc. Follow re-certification and update all information.

keep clear and Transfer to yard for inspection, painting, covering and marking completed spools keeping with tags in lay down area as
per requirement of site installation. There was Train I and II spools in above ground and underground all around 8500 spools in CS,
LTCS, SS, Cu Ni and Galvanized metals. Have to keep record for big target. Daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and spool

our company work shop. Received FBE coated pipes, fittings and start as per drawing 48" die header 28. M long in three pieces. We
used better method to protect internal coating from cutting welding burns. We shoot out falls in the drawings and carried out site survey
to renew the drawings. Work has been completed on right time
PROJECT 4) OSBL MECHANICAL PROJECT, Jubail Industrial city, Saudi Arabia.
JOB DESCRIPTION: We had prefabricated spools erection and lot of field joints in various size of pipe. Our crew got responsible on
flare line. Every process line connecting to flare line. It’s running big and big bore to flare in high elevation and Hanged small bore
pipe rack along with Flare line for utility lines and Flare related like pilot gas and igniters etc. The entire job we completed on
schedule. And company take extra job to erect number of pump & modify pipe spool belongs to pump for Alignment purpose.
PROJECT 3) UR – RAZI II, Jubail Industrial city, Saudi Arabia.
JOB DESCRIPTION: There was to erect spare Boiler and commissioning to live utility systems in live plant. My responsible to
layout & erect Boiler and Equipment on concrete foundation base. We got one Japanese guy instructor from Boiler Company Align
and elevation checks on all Base plates for boiler and around equipment grouting bolt holes. We brought Boiler near to foundation
load transfer to temporary beam structure with roller & slide-in onto foundation. Lifted by jack & removed structure
PROJECT 2) GOSP I TO IV, Ainakkal, Saudi Arabia.
JOB DESCRIPTION: There was an expansion works in four manifold station and maintenance works during individual shutdown.
We fabricate Supports, Spools and test expansion Spools. And arrange everything in each tie-in points for shutdown preparations.
Erect Supports, Manifold and one by one Spool. All Flange tighten, Spools secured and all component fixed on system. We got
experience from previous shutdown to complete other Manifold in better time. And we got good result.
PROJECT 1) AINDAR & SHEDGUM “WIPS” (Water Injection Pump Station), Ainakkal, Saudi Arabia.
JOB DESCRIPTION : I was held complete responsibilities in shop fabrication of internal coated pipes, in various size range of pipe
2" to 36" diameter. During fabrication I establish more method to protect internal coating from cutting& welding burns. Complete
spool as per shutdown priority and keeping proper end covering to save internal coating. During shutdown we had 10 days non-stop
job in AINDAR and 10 days in SHEDGUM.
