Audience: My audience is both male and female and can be purchased by any age. My
product is not made for a specific social/ethnic group.
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? No offensive material will be used in my
product.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? There is no restriction as to who can buy it as I
support all age groups to buy my magazine to read and enjoy.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No, I aim to keep my product user friendly and
no offensive content is to be put in my product.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? By keeping my product simply about music
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? Only a character will not be mine,
everything else is my own work
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? Yes, I will significantly change my product so that there will be no issues with
copyright.
