This study investigated the use of steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete (SFRSCC) with partial replacement of cement by fly ash and rice husk ash. Five concrete mixes were prepared with 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% steel fibers by weight of binder. Cement was partially replaced at 15% each with fly ash and rice husk ash. Test results showed that compressive and split tensile strengths increased with steel fiber content up to 1.5%, with superior strength observed at 1.5% fibers.
