This document describes the design and fabrication of an automated refueling system for automobiles with real-time GPS alerts. The system uses various sensors to detect the type and quantity of fuel being added and can bypass wrong fuel to a separate tank. It includes a flow meter to measure the fuel quantity, a sensor to detect wrong fuel type, a microcontroller to process the data, and a GSM-GPS module to send real-time alerts to the owner including the location if wrong fuel is detected. The system is designed to address issues with manual refueling such as fuel theft and misfueling, and provide more accurate and secure refueling for automobiles.
