This document describes an advance milk collection and testing system that uses a Raspberry Pi 3B+ as the central controller. The system aims to automate the milk collection process from farmers to reduce costs and errors. It uses an RFID reader to identify farmers and measures milk quantity, pH to determine solid-not-fat content, and tests for urea adulteration. Milk is sorted into pure and adulterated storage tanks. Test results are uploaded to a server for farmers to access online. The system is intended to reduce labor, streamline record keeping and billing, and help ensure milk quality. It is programmed using Python on the Raspbian operating system.
