 MAFANIKIO FOUNDATION TANZANIA- is a professionally managed consulting institute under umbrella of
registered REOURCES BLUE PRINT COMPANY LIMITED providing techniques and tricks tools at workplace,
community, government,NGO’s etc. in the form of seminars/workshops specialized training,
Coaching,Mentoring, consultancy and counseling for individual/special group and for public.
 Founded in 2013 in Tanzania, the institute is dedicated to strengthening the contributions of research,
projects, solving critical personality problems throughout Tanzania and providing better communication among
policy makers, researchers, practitioners, students and street livers.
 The seat of the firm at the royal brainstorming, unlocking potentials and pushing unique individual characters
in southern highlands regions and its co-coordinating Centre is at Dar-es-salaam, Mbeya and Njombe in
Tanzania.
 The general aim of the MAFANIKIO FOUNDATION TANZANIA is to unlock hidden traits and expose to integrate
excellence in all fields of life. Towards this need, the firm provides timely the combination of components to
form a connected whole of research-based seminars/workshops and brainstorming journals/books writing.
