Personal Summary
Currently based in Somerset West, Cape Town, I am a well-
established, mature and professional individual with a friendly and
compassionate disposition. I feel I can combine my passion for training
and development plus my deep understanding of how people learn with
my innate organizational and self-management skills to make a valuable
and lasting contribution. I am well established as a facilitator/trainer in
the corporate arena, am mature, in that I am in my mid- 50’s and have
seen my two delightful sons into their own working life; professional, in
that I have led a successful 15 year career in education, followed by a
fruitful 10 year period in the corporate training and facilitation world;
and, motivated, as I have a tremendous amount to offer in the field of
professional development and personal effectiveness, plus management
development, consulting skills, and presentation skills . I have a passion for
technology and all that it achieves and can achieve – I’m always looking for
new and innovative ways of using the power of technology.

Final Word
I have spent my whole life in the pursuit of helping
others to uncover their inherent strengths and
recognize their competitive edge in order to make
them appreciate themselves more. Firstly in the field of
education, then, over the last ten years as a personal
coach and facilitator, I have accompanied many who
have been stuck in the “mundane,” showing them that
one can enhance one’s significance and standing by
building a personal, portable portfolio which is
recognized and read by everyone they meet: a
message of strength, competence and confidence.

Final Word I have spent my whole life in the pursuit of helping others to uncover their inherent strengths and recognize their competitive edge in order to make them appreciate themselves more. Firstly in the field of education, then, over the last ten years as a personal coach and facilitator, I have accompanied many who have been stuck in the “mundane,” showing them that one can enhance one’s significance and standing by building a personal, portable portfolio which is recognized and read by everyone they meet: a message of strength, competence and confidence.
