Our retirement programme runs over a period of 12 – 18 months providing a positive platform to discuss and manage retirement. The programme will enable both you and your business to flourish rather than flounder through the retirement process.

In 2014, one of MCA Connect’s employees journeyed to Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa and asked if we had something easy to pack with our company logo on it, perhaps a flag, that he could take a picture with at the top of the mountain. From this small request, our company flag was born.
Since that inaugural journey, our employees have been taking the flag with them on their vacations, to client sites, and to company gatherings and events.
The flag has become a source of pride and a fun way to share our experiences with our virtual colleagues. It is something that keeps us connected, while also signifying our commitment to MCA Connect’s core values.
The document discusses demand for a flag in 2015 being so high that more flags had to be ordered. It then asks what was the furthest place from the Denver office that one flag traveled to in 2015, with the answer being Singapore at 9,083 miles away. It also provides a link to learn more about the company's culture.

2. PLEASE GIVE US A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WHAT
YOU LOOK FOR IN A GOOD CONSULTANT.
A good BA consultant is able to provide value to our customers, not just fill a resource gap. They will represent
themselves and MCA with professionalism. A good BA consultant needs to have great communication skills,
being able to speak clearly and confidently, but more importantly be willing and able to listen.
3. GIVE US A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF WHAT THE DAY TO DAY
IS LIKE FOR A MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM.
Our consultants wear many hats, their day may involve running a requirements gathering session
or being heads down for the whole day developing dashboards or train customers users. Our more
senior consultants will also be in constant communication with project sponsors and leadership at
the client, looking for new opportunities to grow the account and land new projects.
4. WHAT’S THE CULTURE LIKE WITHIN
THE TEAM AND DEPARTMENT?
We are like a close-knit family always looking out for each
other, helping each grow in our own individuals ways while
all working together to grow as a team. We enjoy spending
time with each other outside of work, which we believe is
essential to developing a positive environment for
everyone. Our leadership is focused on the work hard-play
hard philosophy in order to deliver high standards with our
work while also maintaining a good work-life balance.
5. CAREER DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES?
COMPANY/GROUP OPPORTUNITIES?
The BA leadership is committed to the growth of
individual consultants. We guide and mentor
each person to help them achieve their career
goals. We feel very fortunate to have been given
opportunities to learn and advance our careers,
so we pride ourselves on giving others that same
opportunity. While most of our training and
mentorship is informal and ad-hoc, we provide
resources with options to participate in formal
training sessions to learn something new, or put
them on a project that challenges their skills or
even teaches them something new.
6. WHAT IS YOUR MANAGEMENT
STYLE LIKE?
I have a macro-management style and prefer to give our
consultants as much autonomy as I can while ensuring they
are set up for success. I believe that the best way to learn is
to make mistakes, so I give the team the freedom to do so.
As long as individuals are working hard, being productive
and delivering on time, I tend to not interfere with their
process, believing there is normally multiple ways to handle
a situation successfully.
