There are three parts to the programme:
1. Expert led sessions
Leaders in their field come to share their experience at monthly sessions.
Topics and speakers are based on the needs of the group and each member
completes a Needs Analysis prior to the start of the course.
2. Action Learning
Each session will include time for action learning to help you tackle
your biggest challenges and seize great opportunities.
3. Coaching
Benefit from individual coaching sessions with ella professional coaches,
who will help you look at your biggest challenges, shift your perspective and
examine work from new angles.
