CEOs, managers, staff members, entrepreneurs, recruiters, investors, leadership groups, and individuals that want to learn, achieve,
and become my positive leaders and influencers within their businesses or industries.
SUMMARY
Using my experience working with hundreds of companies and thousands of candidates, I am passionate about speaking on topics that
make a difference. Some of my favorite themes are company culture, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement and
recruiting. For businesses, I present to management on how to evaluate top talent, retain staff and keep an engaged and passionate
workforce. For individual contributors, I love to talk about how to present yourself in an interview, negotiate total compensation and
set goals to take your career to the next step.
I present on workforce planning including developing and implementing recruiting and retention strategies and programs, building
cohesive teams, designing compensation packages, establishing effective on-boarding and recognition programs, developing
performance management systems, managing staff, training and coaching. My presentations appeal to owners and executives as we
discuss the financial implications/return on investment of our subject and how it will accept the bottom line today and in the future.
I also am passionate about helping corporate groups discover and understand their communication and conflict styles in the workplace
as well as working with executives to build cultures that grow teams with passion and accountability!
My presentation style is direct, funny, with clear outcomes and lots of audience participation!

BIO
Dixie Agostino’s primary focus was to attract, coach, mentor and retain the top recruiters in the Tulsa markets, as well as work with
our staff to continue to create and develop the amazing company culture that is Switchgear!
My job is to make Switchgear Search and Recruiting the best company possible for our recruiters, a place where they can grow and
become high caliber, expert recruiters. I also ensure we work with the top echelon of clients, companies looking to proactively attract
those who excel in their fields.
Switchgear was born out of the idea that we absolutely love what we do and you can too! By taking a “listen first” approach with our
clients, we can clearly understand their current needs, company and departmental cultures and their future plans. For our candidates,
we want to discover why they are open to a move and what would be their ideal career path, independent of our current positions. This
enables us to present top talent to our clients that are fully committed to taking a positive step in their career and have the skills, drive
and motivations that these companies deserve.
How is Switchgear different? By diving in to the challenges, plans and goals of both our clients and candidates, we are able to
determine those who represent the top tier of talent, passion and commitment to continuous improvement. With our decades of
recruiting expertise, we are able to discover, evaluate and present the "best of the best". Our mission is to change the world for the
