In this sce nario,the FACTS technology is an attractive option for increasing system operation flexibility [1],New developments in high-current,high- power electronics are making it possible to control electronically the power flows on the high voltage side of the network during both steady stat e and transient operation. In this paper a series controller from the Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) family called as �Thyristor Controlled Series Capacitor� (TCSC) is designed using PIC microcontroller. Thyristor controlled series compensator (TCSC),is the first generation of FACTS controller,can govern line impedance through introduction of a thy ristor controlled capacitor in series with the transmission line. A grid of transmission lines ope rating at high voltages is required to transmit power from generating stations to load. In addition to transmission lines that carry power from source to load,modern power systems are highly int erconnected for economic reasons.

In modern times, due to the increasing demand for energy as the transmission network expands, the transmission line must operate under a loaded condition and there is a risk of current drain control and voltage instability. This document proposes the control of energy in a network of power supply systems by including TCSC and SVC devices. The TCSC is a series compensated device to reduce the reactance of the transmission line to improve the current through it, while the SVC is a bypass compensated device and improves the voltage profile. This article presents a systematic procedure for modeling and simulation with MATLAB SIMULINK set of blockers for the Simpower system . The optimal location of the TCSC and SVC device is considered for the control of the power flow and the voltage stability limit. The proposed approach is implemented in an 11 state test system model of four two state machines and the simulated result is presented to validate the proposed test case system. In this paper performance of TCSC and SVC, the device is analyzed and compared with the simulated result for better control of the power flow in the power system. This Paper Presents A whole New resonant twin active bridge(DAB) topology, that uses a tuned inductor-capacitor-inductor(LCL) network. As compared to ancient DAB topologies, the planned topologies significantly reduced the bridge current, lowering every physical phenomenon and alter losses and conjointly VA rating associated with the bridges. The performance of the DAB is investigated using a mathematical model at a lower place varied operational conditions. Experiment results of a model is reduced the outflow current of the circuit. are presented with discussion to demonstrate the improved performance of the LCL DAB topology. Result clearly that the planned DAB Topology provide higher efficiency over an oversized vary of every input voltage and as compared to ancient DAB topology

This paper presents the implementation of a topologyfor low profile transformer using an LLC
resonant converter. A new structure of the slim-type transformer is proposed, which is composed of copper wire
as the primary winding and printed circuit-board winding on the outer layer as the secondary winding.The
proposed circuit operates at high switching frequency to increase power density. The proposed structure is
suitable for a slim and high-efficiency converter because it has advantages of easy utilization and wide
conductive cross-sectional area. In addition, the voltage-doubler rectifier is applied to the secondary side due to
its simple structure of secondary winding, and a CLC filter is adopted to reduce the output filter size.The
specification are to design input voltage 400v,power 120w with 17ms hold time.

This paper deals with Speed control of separately excited DC motor using flyback converter with a new non complementary active clamp control method to achieve soft switching and high efficiency for heavy motor load and light load conditions. This is quite attractive for low power application with universal ac inputs, such as external adaptors. With the proposed control technique, the energy in the leakage inductance can be fully recycled. The soft switching can be achieved for the main switch and the absorbed leakage energy is transferred to the output and input side. In the Proposed model the resistive and DC motor is connected to flyback converter and it is simulated with different nominal voltages and rated speed is controlled at different levels for the N-type active clamp flyback converter and P-type active clamp flyback converter respectively. N-type active clamp flyback converter is suitable for high speed variation applications and P-type active clamp flyback converter is suitable for low speed variation applications.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

The study investigated the design optimization of these hybrid systems, focusing on understanding solar radiation patterns, identifying geographical influences on solar radiation, formulating a mathematical model for system optimization, and determining the optimal configuration of PV panels and pumped hydro storage. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights for advancing energy research in economically viable areas. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.

CIRCUITS
ABSTRACT:
Since the minimum feature size has shrunk beyond the sub-30-nm node, power density
has become the major factor in modern microprocessors. Techniques such as dynamic voltage
scaling operating down to near threshold voltage levels and supporting multiple voltage domains
have become necessary to reduce dynamic as well as static power. A key component of these
techniques is a level shifter that serves different voltage domains. This level shifter must be high
speed and power efficient. The proposed level shifter translates voltages ranging from 250 to 790
mV, and exhibits 42% shorter delay, 45% lower energy consumption, and 48% lower static
power dissipation. In addition, the proposed level shifter exhibits symmetric rise and fall
transition times with up to 12% skew at the extreme conditions over the maximum range of
voltages.
