About ModulBank:
Ex-top management of Sberbank (top Russian bank with more
than 110 mln clients) launched new online bank in 2014 after
rising 600 mln RUR. Main clients of ModulBank are SMEs. Goal for
2015: 10 000 clients.
Goal for Uplift.Club:
Development of the methodology for online business expertise
module for the clients in order to:
1. Increase targeted sales of banking services
2. Stand out with a unique IT solution in comparison with
competitors’ products and services
Results:
• The methodology for online business expertise module for
the clients has been developed based on the banking data
and CRM system (developed by Uplift.club as well) which
provided clients opportunity to see dynamic changes of the
main financial indicators online, as well as to ask for business
expertise support for their businesses
• User friendly interface has also been developed based on
gamification principles
• Such solution is represented only for ModulBank in Russian
banking industry
• Stretch target for timing has been fulfilled (only 3 weeks for
implementation)

Cloud service for customer relationship management for SMEs.
The system includes customer relationship module, tasks
management module, communication tool for employees and
electronic document circulation module, as well as electronic
