Facility Executive - Soft Service & Admin
I am working with MetLife Global Operation Support Center as Sr Facility Executive
From August 2015- Till Date
Looking all facility related admin Housekeeping, maintenance civil work, project work, and maintenance all
Consumable stock and day to day maintain MIS and make dash board data. Carrying out regular site audits and
inspections to identify any areas that need repairing.
• Organizing the security and general administrative services of the building.
Negotiating lease renewals.
Advising people on energy efficiency issues.
• Managing service contracts.
Conducting regular facility audits for safety and compliance.
Controlling all maintenance and facilities spend in line with budgeted levels.
Implementing incident management plans.
