• Checking, updating and accounting for the shortage/excess found during stock audit at stores.
• Checking the outstanding payment sheets of franchisee stores on weekly basis after updation.
• Final Posting of the entries done by the team members.
• Bi – monthly review of the amount of Security Deposit submitted by the stores.
• Listening to the queries of the stores manager and solving them.
• Dealing with banks for day to day transactions / queries / CMS cash pick up facilities for own stores.
• Retail agent's commission calculation on half-yearly basis.
• Reconciliation of the store accounts.

Kolkata. BCML is a NSE - listed company & is one of the India’s largest integrated sugar manufacturing company
having 10 factories in Uttar Pradesh with its allied products of Ethyl Alcohol, Ethanol, Power & Organic manure.

Key Responsibilities
• Audit of factories from the managerial point of view including operational audit.
• Audit of cost areas and suggesting the areas of cost reductions.
• Preparation of 'Annual Budget' for all the factories.
• Analyzing and reporting variances for Budget Vs Actual expenses to the management on quarterly basis.
• System audits of various areas of the factories and suggest changes if any.
