31% spend 8 hours for sleeping in average on weekdays while 5% spend 4 hours and less. 30’s go to bed on weekdays earlier than 10’s and 20’s do 10’s wake up on weekdays from 5:00 – 5:59 AM, 20’s is 6:00 – 6:59 AM and 30’s is ealier than 5:00 AM. 20’s spend more than 10 hours to sleep on weekend (more than 10’s and 30’s do) 30’s go to bed on weekends earlier than 10’s and 20’s 10’s wake up on weekends from 6:00 – 6:59 AM, earlier than 20’s and 30’s do (7:00 – 7:59 AM). 10’s and 20’s sometimes take a nap during their lunch break while 30’s rarely do that. 10’s take a nap during lunch break on the bed while 20’s and 30’s are on the floor and on their seat
