I am currently employed as a certified nursing assistant at Consulate Healthcare in
New Port Richey, Florida. Consulate Healthcare is a skilled nursing and
rehabilitation facility.
There is currently an issue with clear and proper communication between all staff at
this facility.
3. INTRODUCTION
Consulate Healthcare of New Port Richey is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility with
long term and rehabilitation care. The facility is fully operational twenty four hours
a day seven days a week. To operate this type of facility a large number of staff is
needed. This can make it difficult to communicate effectively between all shifts.

2. Call to clarify important information to charge nurse.
3. Be approachable to discuss concerns form all employees.
4. Clearer representation of an accurate schedule.
