WHAT MAKES ME SUCCESSFUL
• Lead by example: At Sleep Metrics, when our Seattle territory was empty, I acted as territory manager
to sell and maintain the productivity of the region.
• Ability to read prospective clients: Sales is so much more than just presenting products. I have an
inherent ability to recognize immediately what motivates a purchase.
• Think outside the BOX: I developed an ordering guide for both Pacific Pulmonary and for Sleep
Metrics that outlined the process of sending referrals with proper documentation. This increased total
patient orders, decreased clinic staff time spent sending the referral, and reduced documentation errors
that would interfere with insurance reimbursement and ultimately company revenue.
• Dedicated to Success: I figure out how to overcome all obstacles to meet personal and company goals.
