I did a survey on Hard and Soft Employ-ability Skills base on 9 different banks of Bangladesh. Which help me to perceive essential requirements to perform a bank's job.
4. INTRODUCTION
This is a survey on hard and soft employability skills and its collision on today’s
bankers’ job performance. The significance of employability skills is increasing very
faster nowadays. The reason is to be more successful at their working extent. We
collect primary information by moral communication with various bank managers
and first vice-president to gather relevant information. And we also use
questionnaires to analyze the accuracy of related information. The main purpose of
this survey is to find the significance of soft and hard skills at bank institutions.

8. DATA ANALYSIS
We went to nine different banks to collect robust information on hard and soft skills
employability and to know the importance of hard and soft skills to perform bank
job as a banker or bank manager. We survey by fifteen questionnaires, as we
mentioned before, we visited 9 different bank so precisely we got different opinions
from various bankers. For providing similar opinions, our purpose was fulfilled very
easily. After collecting primary information, we manipulate that information and
create graph of each questionnaire.

All in all we can be certain that hard and soft employability skills and its impact on
bank’s job is playing a remarkable roll to perform their job effectively and
efficiently. Because we got around 95 percent statement as positive, which means
they actually agree about the significance of hard and soft employability skills to
perform their daily work at bank institutions.
