 Description : A mutual fund is a mechanism pulling the resources by issuing units to the
investors and investing funds invested in securities with an objective disclosed in offer document.
I have studied to AMC’s that is BSE Sensex and MORGAN STANLEY Mutual fund based on NAV
performance of one year 2008-2009.I have done comparative analysis based on NAV
performance of the two AMC’s and suggest that which fund is performing better and achieving
adequate returns to the investors and given the clear picture to the investors in MORGAN
STANLEY com.
