of costs centers and the process of cost center mapping evaluate the
performance of cost centers and identify the feasibility of converting a cost
center into a profit center of the company. As a leading global enabler of
telecommunications services, the company faced huge costs. These
challenges were overcome by implementation of the action points from the
project.

requirements and functioning of various departments. Atria Hotel is a 4 star
hotel which faced the problem of retaining the employees in the
organization. These challenges were overcome by implementation of the

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
Social Responsibility Awareness, ‘NIMMONDIGE NAVU’ at
Orphanage
As Treasurer of ‘The Management Club’ at GAT, organized numerous events for
the development of the orphanage and ensuring their cause is supported.
Events Organized: - As a final year student it was the time to explore our ideas,
talent, and skills. So as a part of it we organized a management fest for our juniors
I.e. KURUKSHETRA-2011 Redefined, in that context I was one of the core
committee member in organizing the whole fest and it was a great success.
