This document is a report for a project conducted at Taylor's University, focusing on the documentation and measured drawings of historical shop houses located at lot no. 40-42, Jalan Laksamana, Melaka. It discusses the architectural styles influenced by Western colonization and the evolution of the buildings over time, as well as their significance as historical landmarks despite declining commercial relevance.
