Once I was applying to MC and know I will be ECB responsible I didn`t know 100% what needs to be done first and how, but I had very big will to come and change the mindset of how people think ‘quality’ is something extra to be done if there is time, but not something that run as simple process same as finance does.
You have me, you have lots of materials in Internet, books, other people that are willing to share their experience and knowledge, so what are you waiting for?
If customer experience field is something that you are passion about, if you are excited of huge responsibility and honor to guide AIESEC Mainland of China to cultivate truly globally competitive leaders by our programs –go for it, challenge yourself, go out of your comfort zone! Memeda!

Structure of ECB team will be decided by ECB Chair and MCVP Operations after elections.

Be a new leadership for MoCthat delivers quality experience to every stakeholder and build quality system in every LC. Purpose
•Team management
•Together with MCVP Operation co-create SnSstrategies and design ECB implementation plan
•Reviewing and reporting quality cases
•Ensure communication between LC Quality Head – ECB team –MC -NST Program responsible
•Ensure delivery of education materials KPI
•48 NPS for both GCDP, GIP in Mainland of China
•50%+ Response Rate
•100% Standards implementation
