Global Citizenship Development Summit
(GCDS) is an induction conference for
trainees who participant in exchange
program in China. We have hosted GCDS for
3 years in MoC to help trainees set better
expectations and maximize their exchange
experience.
For improving “Cultural preparation”,
“Integration by the hosting entity”, “Personal
development”. Also compensate on the lack of
“Induction to AIESEC” and “Information
provided about the program” from the
sending entities, which will affect the ability of hosting entity to deliver our value proposition.

2. Refund policies
We made a list of questions that EP need to answer and after that LC can receive refund.
Amount of money depends on different criteria. For example: NPS score of EP, internship story,
confirmed information about receiving induction etc.
3. Project audit system
Each national project has Project Coordinator who ensure quality management in the project
from the preparation of project until the end of it. This person had opportunity to visit different
LCs and check the situation of the realization.

Recruiting local students to support trainees during their stay in China, especially with language
barriers. For improving “Integration by the hosting entity”, “Cross- cultural understanding &
awareness” and “AIESEC’ support during the experience”
5. Trainee system
It is an IT system that ensure we collect the necessary information before arrival. For improving
“Visa documents and information” and “Logistical support”
6. Bring trainee home for the Spring Festival project
Initiative to allow better understanding of Chinese culture. For improving “Integration by the
hosting entity” and “Cross-cultural understanding & awareness”
