The four modules of Effective Communication
Module 1. Speaking:
There are 10 waysto have betterConversation,andtheyare; (Headlee,2015)
 Don’t multitask
It meanswhile youinconversationwithanotherperson(s), BEPRESENT. Nevertodo two things
at a same time.Don’tthinkaboutotherstuff whenyouare or want to concentrate onone thing.
 Don’t pontificate
Whenyouenterintoa conversation,justhave mindsetof learningsomethingnew.
 Use openendedquestions
Whenyouenterintoconversation,use onlyWHquestions.Don’t use complicated questions.
Theytendto replywithsimple answers,butusingWHquestionswill give youaninteresting
response.
 Go withthe flow
Don’tkeepyourthoughtslockedup,justsayor askanythingaboutyour thoughts/yourideology.

 If you don’t know something,justsay, “I don’t know”:
No-one knowseverythingjustlike everybodyisnotperfect.
 Don’t equate your experience:
