the title could be called Fighting Spirit

What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this?
My product is to entertain by its gameplay, story and characters

What sort of product is it
It is a fighting game similar to Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat where 2 characters in a 2D
perspective will fight each other until the time runs out or one of them runs out of HP (health).
Content
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a
story? If so, discuss it here. My product is a game in which a powerful being (an original
monster) has made a tournament where some of the strongest humans, monsters and any other
creature compete against each other until one emerges victorious and claim his/her prize.
However this is all a trick so that the being can collect all of the souls and become even stronger.
Your character needs to defeat the being before he kills them all.
Most of the characters are either taken or inspired by monsters that we all know and love like,
Dracula, Frankenstein, Werewolf and more.
The game will have an arcade mode which means you pick one character to fight as and fight
through some of the roster until fighting the boss. Once defeating the boss, your character will
have their own ending telling you about what happened to your character after they defeated the
boss character.
The game will have a new feature I called the rage metre. When activated, depending on how low
your health is, the rage metre will increase your damage and slightly your speed but will have a
short duration and will make you more vulnerable to damage. This provides a new level of strategy
for the game.
For new players I will make a tutorial mode so that they can learn how to play without getting
beaten other and other again by the computer. It will have move lists, combo tutorials, hints and
tips and much more
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc.
Why would your game appeal to this person? Target age: 16+, Target gender: both, Social
status: lower middle class and working class, Psychographic: achievers and emulators. I would
have the gameplay and characters interesting enough to draw in fighting game veterans and
newcomers to play the game.

Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? Some of the characters might look too
mature to some younger people.
Will you restrict younger gamers playing it? There will be an age restriction so that the younger
gamers can’t buy the game.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? It might offend certain religions who don’t
like the certain monsters I chose for game
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I’m not going to make the female characters
weak. No racial name calling.
Is your game using characters/names/logos of existing games/IPs? Yes because you can’t
have a proper game filled with monsters without using Dracula or Frankenstein in it.
Will your game be sufficiently different from existing gamesto not get sued for copyright
infringement? Yes, the gameplay will have a unique feature called the rage metre. When
activated the rage metre when full will (depending how low your HP is) make your character do
more damage and has a slight speed boost but it only last for a short time and will make you more
vulnerable to damage.
