Morgan Mills was a manufacturer of performance apparel. They were absorbed by Hanes Brands.
National Account Sales Executive | 1995 – 1999
 Developed and implemented a sales promotion resulting in incremental sales of $3.5M; 10% over plan.
 Created a new packaging and product concept, including floor-ready merchandise and point-of-purchase
materials, generating incremental sales in a new product category and eliminating a competitor.
 Developed, implemented, and executed the company’s first-ever Internet sales program.
 Expanded the company’s international sales by 20%.
 Led a cross-functional Walmart team designed to evaluate current business processes. Identified and evaluated
areas for cost reductions. Saved $70K in the first month.
Director of Planning and Customer Service | 1989 – 1994
 Managed 40 team members in production planning, production scheduling, and customer service disciplines.
 Led project for a multi-million dollar systems conversion. Replaced IBM mainframe system with an AS400
platform totally revamping the EDI, order processing, accounts receivable, distribution, and logistics functions
with state-of-the-art order management and warehouse management systems.
 Developed annual sales and distribution plan for 22 distribution centers and managed the supply chain from raw
material input through point of purchase on the retail floor with the use of collaborative planning, forecasting,
and replenishment techniques. Executed the sales and distribution plan against production constraints, order
