• Creates and plans 1SAP work.
• Complies with the 1SAP Work Management processes to schedule work based on the prioritisation as determined
by the Maintenance Execution sub-function.
• Maintains an integrated asset/operational level 12 week major events calendar.
• Validates adequate resource levelling and aligns work requirements to a rolling 12 week schedule.
• Provides a 12 week schedule (weekly granularity) and a week plus 1 weekly work schedule (daily granularity) to
the Production Planning sub function on a weekly basis.
• Coordinates with work centre owners to ensure that work centre capacities (capacity managed) are accurately
updated in 1SAP.

• Confirms agreement by the relevant stakeholders and stakeholder sign off, of the weekly work schedule for an

• Requests and governs the creation and change of WM Master Data, based on equipment strategy reviews,
including Master Data related to modifications and small projects.
