Lead and direct up to 850 E&I personnel in performing the fabrication, installation, termination, inspection
and commissioning of 26 HV & LV Local Electrical modules at the AG&P Heavy Fabrication Yard E&I
modules subsequently delivered to INPEX Corporation’s LNG Onshore Facility in Darwin, Australia.
Managed construction activities as well as I.R, I.T.R and HAE installation. Inspected HA equipment and
ensured the electrical and instrument installation was compliant to AS/NZ 3000 wiring rules.
Directed, coordinated, and exercised functional authority for planning, organisation, control, integration
and completion of projects. Identified critical customer requirements, data, and paperwork and project
requirements and quickly prioritised these materials into workable plans and solutions for assignment and
project implementation.
Balanced work-loads and set group assignments and priorities. Developed project man-hour estimates
and scheduled and monitored department budgets, forecasts and productivity. Maintained appropriate
staff levels, including recruiting new staff and on-going training for existing staff.
