In charge of managing installation services for At-Home Products. Generated new credit
sales for regular Home Depot consumer credit cards, home improvement loans, commercial
revolving accounts, commercial proxy accounts, and the new Rewards MasterCard program.

Designed and implemented custom product ideas for clients’ promotions for over 250,000
promotional items. Cultivated new accounts, serviced existing accounts, supervised sales
department. Attended trade shows, procured new ideas to add to the existing 250,000 items
already available on the company’s website. Negotiated with over 3,500 different vendors in
order to source out/purchase the lowest cost for the product. Scheduled and oversaw all

position in the district. YTD reports indicate the Murfreesboro store was always #1 in the
district and always within the top 100 of all the 2,400 Home Depot stores worldwide.
The new Rewards MasterCard program reports indicate my department was in the top five of
the 2,400 worldwide Home Depot Stores. Continuously met or exceeded Home Depot’s
credit card application goals by creatively and tactfully enrolling most customers.
Exceeded Home Depot’s goal with over $300,000 In-Home Services and over 1,400
approved credit applications over any other store in the district. Achieved the No. 1 Home
Depot Murfreesboro TN district for generating leads and setting appointments.
Planned, coordinated and directed a live radio broadcast promotion at Home Depot
introducing Roscoe Brown as a new distributor for Trane Systems. The exposure generated
17 appointments in one day.
3. Planned, coordinated and directed a four week promotion at Nashville Shores Waterpark for
Mazda Cool Springs resulting in over $1,000,000.00 vehicle sales during the month of the
promotion.
Increased new accounts by 40% at Worldwide Merchandising during a two year period. Over
500,000 products manufactured resulting in increased personal sales record to over $1.25
million.
