Marsh Supermarkets, Indianapolis, IN
• Worked alongside a small team of individuals whose direct focus was to plan,
organize, and execute supermarket store “resets.”
o Developed, prepared and executed store specific “plan-o-grams,” which
contained the directions and specifics on how to organize and remodel
shelves and shelf space at the retail level.
o In the development of “plan-o-grams” I was responsible for organizing the
many different food items on the shelves using developed metrics to
decide how much of each product would be visible to the consumer.
o As a team we were also responsible for removing discontinued items from
the developed “plan-o-grams” as well as reorganize shelf space to
accommodate any new retail items on a daily basis.
o I would also occasionally visit specific stores to make sure the shelves
were organized according to the “plan-o-grams” and if there were errors, I
would reevaluate the space for further development.
Metal Coating Line Operator, August 2015 – March 2016
Precoat Metals, Greenfield, IN
• Worked on a specialty metal color coating line as a “take off” operator.
o Ensured, on a daily basis that all materials needed for each individual
process order were organized in my work area, and ready for use.
o Utilized time management skills and planned future material usage by
constantly checking the daily process order schedule to determine the
amount of time between orders as well as adapt to any changes made to
the schedule as needed.
o Assisted with planned and preventative maintenance to reduce down
time.
Grain Terminal Manager, January 2014 – November 2014
Bunge North America, Rushville, IN
• Promoted to the manager position of two terminals in Rushville, IN and assumed
sole responsibility of all terminal operations.
o Coordinated and completed several long term capital projects for both
facilities that totaled over $500,000 and in doing so improved the
efficiencies, processes, safety, and overall performance.
o Managed the interviewing and hiring of a grain terminal trainee to mentor
and develop.
o Developed and organized a long term plan to increase loading
capabilities from 65 railcars to 90 railcars, therefore increasing profitability
and opening up opportunities for increased revenue.

o Managed multiple unexpected employee turnovers, took responsibility of
interviewing and hiring several new full time employees, as well as
several temporary employees for harvest.
o Received more inbound grain in 2014 than in the previous 4 years, which
gained customers, increased profits, and developed new opportunities.
Grain Terminal Assistant Manager, June 2012 – January 2014
Bunge North America, Morristown, IN
• Worked along with a Bunge elevator manager to supervise and operate three
grain facilities in central Indiana.
o Managed several independent groups of employees on day-to-day
operations as well as implementing safe work practices at each facility.
o Managed the loading of 65 and 90 rail car trains at these facilities and
ensured grade specifications were met for each rail car.
o Managed the loading and shipping of several thousand bushels by truck
to other grain facilities throughout the region.
o Developed facility storage grain inventory template which has been
adopted by other facilities throughout the region.
o Acted as interim manager during personnel structure changes, which
brought added responsibilities of trainee development of operations and
Bunge core values, invoice management, physical visibility at all three
locations for support in safety and operations, and helping in coordinating
the merging of the OPD and Grain divisions for commercial and
administration functions.
o Trained and mentored personnel at the Bunge Greenville port for a month
ensuring operational alignment and increasing Bunge bench strength in
Grain.
o Reinforce safety daily by giving day-to-day operation instruction ensuring
operators are following Bunge corporate safety policies and procedures
along with bi-monthly safety meetings at all three sites.
Commodity Merchandiser, October 2011 – June 2012
Bunge North America, Union City, IN
• Worked with a team of merchandisers to purchase corn from suppliers as well as
farmers for an ethanol production facility.
o Merchandised corn on a daily basis by utilizing several different kinds of
grain contracts, including flat price, basis, and HTA’s as well as trading
futures on the CBOT.
o Maintained and updated a user database of local contacts for future grain
merchandising opportunities.
o Coordinated and executed many personal farm and supplier visits to
promote and spread awareness of the facility.
Grain Terminal Supervisor, October 2008 – October 2011
Archer Daniels-Midland (ADM), Memphis, TN
• Worked on team of supervisors to manage and operate one of ADM’s largest
river grain terminals, including:
o Managed and scheduled employees in the day-to-day operations.
o Managed the grain quality, storage requirements, and unloading process
of hundreds of incoming trucks per day.
o Coordinated the staging and movement of containers, determined the
grain content, and managed the loading process of multiple out-bound
river barges and rail cars per day.

o Ensured the quality standards of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth
of grain daily.
o Maintained and repaired major equipment components of the terminal to
minimize downtime.
o Managed the payroll process for all employees of the terminal.
o Maintained a safe working environment which has been injury free for the
last year.

America headquarters, including Managing the Forefront, Supervisors
Enhancing People Leadership training, and several safety seminars
