My family and I are relocating to the North West Arkansas area after my wife accepted a
position with the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, AR. With this
change to my family I am excited to share my wealth of knowledge with a new company.

o Responsible for guiding and directing staff in all aspects of daily operations and program
execution ensuring efficient and effective distribution of food products.
o Responsible for implementing effective procedures and controls for the safe efficient
movement and preservation of product according to FIFO and FEFO inventory methods
o Responsible for ensuring that all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with
local, state and federal regulations and laws of governing business operations.
o Responsible for hiring, training, delegating, motivating and retaining a competent operations
staff.
o Responsible for preparing and tracking budgets forOperations and multiple programs to
include the Produce Express Program, Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program and the
Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program.
o Responsible for overseeing the upkeep of the buildings, grounds,equipment and vehicles,
which was accomplished by developing and maintaining preventative maintenance and
routine cleaning schedules.
