Work includes insuring proper running of daily shift routine. This entails following health
code regulations and maintaining and cooking food. Prompt service of food includes a cheerful
and helpful attitude. Duties included the maintenance and availability of food items on the hot
and cold bars in accordance with regulation. Food must also be fried according to time standards
and temperature requirements and that waste is kept to a minimum. In depth knowledge of the
register system as well as the system for dine in, carry out, phone in, drive thru, and catering
orders must be kept up to date. Must insure that catering orders are written and placed in
accessible areas. Prep must be completed and supervised to insure smooth delivery in a timely
manner that is to the customer's specification. Also required to utilize experience in customer

Worked the Deli portion of the store; opening for breakfast, prepping food, cooking, and
cleaning as well as closing after dinner. Cooking included breakfast, lunch and dinner on the go.
Work was also done preparing and serving these items through the drive through promptly and
efficiently. Worked the cash register and took orders in a timely manner. Knowledge of how to
clean and maintain food sanitation was performed on a daily basis. Cooked food and raw food
had to be stored separately in the walk-in cooler to prevent contamination. Knowledge of register
computer is necessary to close each shift and nightly closing to file proper shift reports and to

Securing the entrance of apartment community. All visitors on approved list will be able

The binder would be responsible for looking at the books quickly so that if the checker
missed anything it could be corrected and binding the large stacks of booklets together to be
inserted into bags by route to be delivered to the post office. I also worked at the different station
along the insert machine such as the book insert station; which would pull one book at a time
from a stack which had to kept full at a times. The flyer insert station would have as many as
twelve inserts dispensing at one time which needed to be kept full at all times as well as proper
dispensing and unclogging any jams that might occur. Line leader would make sure that the
mailing decals were glued and dispensing properly and that the entire machine was flowing
smoothly. Checker would look over small stacks of the books and realign mailing decals if
needed and straighten any flyers the may not be sitting in the books properly and pass these
down to the binder. I was also asked to help finish some of the larger routes which always took at
least four to five others additional line workers to get everything done during the shift.

Monitored employees entering and leaving the building, dispensing and collecting I.D. cards
and magnetic door passes. Checked all materials brought in by employees as well any materials
that were taken out with approval memo from department supervisor. Monitored and checked all

Make half hour rounds of the building to include outside, the parking lot delivery areas and
loading docks, inside each room, the administrative areas, conference rooms, dining area,
generator room, backup battery room, data processing floor and the external cooling system area
for the processors, and the monitoring of all cameras and tapes were collected and stored when
they reached capacity and replaced with new ones. All activities on each shift were written in a
daily log book that was kept on site and verbal summery was passed down to next oncoming
shift.

Learned all the regulations of a state prison and how state and federal laws affect them. How to
interact with and what not to do in the presence of prisoners. How to maintain calm and order in
housing areas and to detain a prisoner in the proper manner. To observe and identify behavior the
could hurt themselves or other prisoners, correctional officers or administrative personnel or that
may disrupt the daily functions of the prison and how to stop it or isolate the prisoner or
prisoners in question. How to provide first aid and triage a prisoner for treatment by EMT if
needed and how to use air tank and mask to retrieve prisoners should any of the buildings be on
fire or have poisonous chemicals in them. Learn how to handle a firearm to include a shotgun
with proficiency and accuracy.
