EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
Mrs. Do-Ha has fifteen years of experience with conceptual process design and detailed process
engineering of new and revamped facilities in the chemical and petroleum refining and industry. She is a
capable engineer on both Process Engineer position and Heat Transfer engineer position.
Her responsibilities include participating in the design of a process unit with process design basis,
developing process options and optimizing selected design, calculating and organizing data for process
flow sheets (P&ID's), preparing and developing specifications and operating instructions for processing
equipment, developing process flow diagram to define heat and material balance, performing hydraulic
calculations for fluid circuits, preparing sizing calculations for pressure relieving devices for system
protection, developing Flarenet model and calculations for flare header relief scenarios, and preparing all
utilities usage and cooling tower sizing.
Four of the fifteen years of experience have been spent dealing with heat exchangers such as shell and
tube, air cooled, hairpins and double pipe, and twisted tube heat exchangers. Responsibilities include the
thermal and mechanical design of heat exchangers, preparing requisitions and purchasing order of heat
exchangers package. She also wrote the Air Cooled Heat Exchanger Technical Guideline and did a
presentation of HTRI program to Process Discipline.

 Senior Process Engineer, EO4 Expansion Growth Project, Shell, Geismar, Louisiana.
Responsibilities included preparing all equipment data sheets for new EO4 plant, a new Glycol
Bleeds Upgrader, and associating additional scope required to integrate EO4 into the Geismar
site.
 Senior Process Engineer, BP Texas City Refinery Automation and Control Project, Texas City,
Texas. Provided maintenance and process safety time calculation for instruments, preparing
P&IDs for Revamp Project.
 Process Engineer, Occidental Elk Hills Cryogenic Gas Plant & Fractionation Facility, Elk Hills,
California. Prepared process design for 200 MMSCFD expansions of gas handling, treating and
Natural Gas Liquid’s fractionation capacity.
 Process Engineer, Ras Tanura Integrated Project, Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemicals Joint
Venture, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities included all heat exchangers thermal design in Epoxy,
