Competent in evaluating a bid opportunity with onsite survey layout design analysis as it relates to

At 60% complete, City cancelled the contract. Hands on welding of over 2,000 LF of 30”

liner, top soil, storm water management, GPS modeling for machine control “in house”.
Daylight hours, 7 days/week, rainy season clay closure under the most intense conditions

farm which included constant confined space entry protocols, liner installation, and heavy

Project Engineer and HDPE welder for the 30” HDPE pipe for the terraces designed by ETM.

Lake County Landfill Closure, 25 acres, $1,940,607
Site Superintendent/Engineer/Heavy Equipment Operator/Welder for a design build closure
design by HDR Inc (David Beben). Performed the survey/layout/as-built, operated a local pit,
imported 160,000 cy of clay, HDPE lined with pipe welding, gas venting, HDPE storm water
pipe and structures, sodding. Hired and trained local operators to complete the work with myself
5. as their mentor. No full time ERC employees used due to increased company workload in
Jacksonville.

Medley Landfill Gas Systemand Lined Closure for Waste Management, 20 acres,
$1,222,705
Site Superintendent/Engineer/operator/welder for a design build closure developed by SCS-
Globex Engineering. Hired local operators and trained them in landfill work, surveying,
machine control, and welding as no full time ERC employees were available. Developed on site
ACAD GPS modeling for machine control dozers. Installed 80,000 cy of cover over a HDPE
liner system after installing a 18” gas systemin extremely wet and deep conditions.

Naples Landfill Gas System and Closure for Waste Management, 12 acres, $725,720
Site Superintendent/Engineer/Operator/Welder for a design build closure system developed by
SCS-Globex Engineering. A 1,500 LF 20”-18” header systemwas installed after performing a
lined HDPE closure. Extremely complicated design of perimeter HDPE piping, geonet, and
capture systems on 1:1 slope intercepts.

Marion County Baseline Landfill, 10 acres, $ 452,794
Jones Edmunds and Assoc. (Mikey Pollman) designed an infill in an existing closed landfill
involving the installation of a deep trench drain and 60 mil liner tie-in at the base of the existing
landfill. HDPE gas piping, horizontal trenching, rain tarps. This was the second phase of work
from 2011. Provided superintendent/operator/surveyor and project administration.

Vista Landfill Apopka Florida for Waste Management, $92,010
Installed a pond system for Cell 3, a roadway to the new recycling facility including storm water
structures, HDPE piping, 3” water force main, and recycled roadway.

SCS Engineering (Shane Fischer) designed the infill cell with a composite 60 mil liner system,
leachate collections HDPE piping system, and HDPE liner closure system along with vertical gas
vents. Gas well installation, passive gas system, 60 and 40 mil HDPE liner systems, drainage layers,
storm water terrace system,drainage system, asphalt roadways and GFFR swale. Imported 110,000 cy
of drainage sand/cover materials. Provided all Project Management, contract administration,
HDPE welding, assisted in Site Superintendent.

Vista Landfill Compost Recycling Facility Infrastructure and site development, $610,000
Cell 2 Gas System Installation, Composting Center Storm water grid system. Site
Superintendent/surveyor/welder for a 10 acre heavy clearing operation, 40,000 cy fill, 36” RCP
with 12 inlet structures, roadways, concrete tanks.

Site Superintendent/surveyor/heavy equipment operator/welder/concrete mason. Installed a
design build gas system on an existing closed landfill, Flare System, Building covering the
System, upgraded electrical work.

14 acre cell, double lined 60 mil system w/ GCL base, 245,000 cy ofearthwork, imported fill,on site
