Notice of Change (NOC) for TPDES permits.
§ Developed comprehensive programs, and sampling plans to bring entities into compliance,
which included installing 17 storm water monitoring stations, and 4 spill detection monitoring
stations that transmitted by radio line of site back to control center.
§ Permitted and designed industrial wastewater pretreatment system discharges to local
publicly owned treatment works (POTW).
§ Conceptual redevelopment of Naval Station including LEED, updating buildings / sidewalks,
etc. to current safety codes, evaluating utilities and evaluating traffic increases.
§ Performed Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) inventories.
