Flow Diagram and Heat & Material Balance, P&ID, Process Design Documents (Process Design Criteria, Process/Utilities
Design Basis, Process Control and Safeguarding Narrative, Process Description), Utility Summary, Emission Summary,
Catalyst and Chemical Summary, HAZOP studies, Battery Limit Interface Management and Project Engineering Interface
Management. Experience in developing Process Scope of Work and Scope of Facilities.
 Experience in the preparation, calculation, verification and simulation using in-house and licensed software (i.e. HYSYS, HTRI,
Pro-II, Aspen Plus, PALS, VESA, Arrow and Fathom).
 Experience in sizing process equipment (e.g. heat exchanger, columns, pumps, vessels, storage tanks), in hydraulic line sizing
calculation, line list preparation, PSV sizing and development of control systems datasheet (e.g. control valves, shut down
valves, orifice sizing and on-line instruments) while adhering to international standards like API, ASME and client standards.
Experience in technical validation and evaluation of vendor documents and preparation of package duty specifications.
 Experience in SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) Database Management and execution as well as other off the market engineering
tools i.e. Intools, AutoCAD, InstruCalc, and Revu BlueBeam.
 Experience as Process Department Training Coordinator responsible for process engineers’ training requirements.
 Experience in the following Utilities and Offsite Systems: Ammonia, Caustic, Chlorine, HCL, Natural Gas, Nitrogen System, Air
System, Steam and Condensate System, Flare System, Thermal Oxidizer, Cooling Water, Clarified River Water, Gas Turbine
Alternator System, Essential Power Generator, Open Drain and Closed Drain System, Oily Water Treatment Package, Treated

Senior Process Engineer ( October 1, 2015 - Present)
 Project: PTT Global Chemical Petrochemical Complex Project
 Client: PTT Global Chemical America LLC
PTT Global Chemical Public COMPANY Limited (PTTGC) and a joint venture partner, a new USA entity (OWNER), plan to
build a grassroots Ethane Cracking Complex with feedstock from the Marcellus shale area in the United States. This future
complex will be located in an undeveloped site in Dilles Bottom, Ohio, where infrastructure, such as road and rail already
exists. .
 Manila Process Lead, responsible for the project execution for the Manila process team based on the vertical and
horizontal work split between Houston and Manila office. I am responsible in the project execution, planning, coordinating
and operation of the Manila Process team. Prepared the Project Execution Plan – Process scope while coordinating with
other engineering discipline to ensure the Process Activity plan meshes with remainder of the team. Also responsible to
the quality of all deliverables (P&IDs, PFDs, Design Basis, HMB etc) issued and facilitating P&ID review meetings with
clients.

Process Engineer IV ( May 2015 – Sept 2015)
 Project: Singapore LNG Regas Terminal
Client: Samsung C&T Corporation
Contracted to Samsung C&T, Fluor carried out FEED verification and identification of design enhancements for a 3.5 MTPA
(Phase I) LNG receiving terminal design competition and subsequently provided detailed engineering and design services to
Samsung C&T, which was awarded the engineering, procurement, and construction support (second berth) for the terminal.
.
 Led the issuance effort of all of the P&IDs for Issued for Construction through close coordination and
monitoring both Fluor Manila Process and Fluor Cebu Graphics Team. Systematically organized the
complicated work process between the two offices resulting to issuance of the IFC P&IDs on time.
 Led in closing the issue of line list automated extraction from SmartPlant P&ID platform.

 Project: Lake Charles Chemicals Project (LCCP)

The Sasol Lake Charles Facility is expanding the Ziegler Alcohols and Alumina Production units as part of the Lake Charles
Chemicals Project.
 Technical Process Lead, responsible for the technical quality of process deliverables on the Section 5500 Alcohol
Preparation Unit and the Section 6000 Alcohol Distillation unit.

 Project: Gulfstream Power, Utilities & Infrastructure (PUI) Project – Texas, USA
Client: DOW Chemicals, Freeport, Texas
The project entails engineering, procurement and construction of temporary facilities, utilities and offsite associated with
supporting a new Propane Dehydrogenation Unit and Ethylene Cracker Unit and Light Hydrocarbon Unit.
 Process Interface Manager, responsible on the entire process interfaces among the DOW Gulfstream Projects: Light
Hydrocarbon 9 (LHC-9), Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH-1), Light Hydrocarbon 8 (LHC-8), Clarified River Water, Control
Building), Power Utilities & Infrastructure (PUI).
  Process Lead for Utilities, Hydrocarbon, LHC-9 Rain Water System, Clarified River Water Interconnecting, Waste
Water Handling, LHC-8 Condensate System responsible for all process design deliverables, tie-point location validation,
vendor data validation, man-hour estimate, development and issuance of P&IDs and PFDs. Directly supervising 5 process

 Process Support Lead for Wet Air Oxidation, Thermal Oxidizer and LP Flare Unit, responsible for all system utility

Fluor is performing engineering and procurement services for upstream facilities to deliver coal-seam gas from Santos-
operated fields to a proposed Gladstone LNG liquefaction facility in Queensland, Australia.
 Lead for Utilities for all 3 Project Areas during FEED and Detail Design Phase, responsible for all process deliverables
for the following utilities: fuel gas skid and distribution, instrument air compressor and dryer package, instrument air and
plant air receivers and distribution system, nitrogen generation package and distribution, flare header, flare package, KO
drum and transfer pump, essential power generator system, gas turbine alternator system, open drain system and closed
drain system including closed drain KO drum and pump and fuel gas metering. Directly supervising five process
engineers. 
 Lead (Support) for Water Handling Facilities for all 3 Project Areas in Brisbane, Australia, responsible in the
development of Water Handling Facilities P&IDs: Potable Water System, Safety Showers, Oily Water Treatment Package,
Treated Oily Water Storage Tank and Transfer Pump and Waste Oil Storage Tank. Acted as an interface coordinator
between Manila and Brisbane Office for all water handling facilities concerns. Directly supervising three process
engineers.
