PTT Global Chemical Public COMPANY Limited (PTTGC) and a joint venture partner, a new USA entity (OWNER), plan to
build a grassroots Ethane Cracking Complex with feedstock from the Marcellus shale area in the United States. This future
complex will be located in an undeveloped site in Dilles Bottom, Ohio, where infrastructure, such as road and rail already
exists. .
Manila Process Lead, responsible for the project execution for the Manila process team based on the vertical and
horizontal work split between Houston and Manila office. I am responsible in the project execution, planning, coordinating
and operation of the Manila Process team. Prepared the Project Execution Plan – Process scope while coordinating with
other engineering discipline to ensure the Process Activity plan meshes with remainder of the team. Also responsible to

Contracted to Samsung C&T, Fluor carried out FEED verification and identification of design enhancements for a 3.5 MTPA
(Phase I) LNG receiving terminal design competition and subsequently provided detailed engineering and design services to
Samsung C&T, which was awarded the engineering, procurement, and construction support (second berth) for the terminal.

Led the issuance effort of all of the P&IDs for Issued for Construction through close coordination and

complicated work process between the two offices resulting to issuance of the IFC P&IDs on time.
